Gathering Resources

As I continue to recover from my injuries, we've still been keeping busy. Me and Tara spent some time gathering resources such as iron ore, stone, and wood, and Genevieve has been doing most of the hunting.

Me and Tara started our resource gathering off by collecting iron ore.

"After I finish smelting all of this iron ore, we're definitely gonna have a surplus on iron for a little while," I said to Tara.

"Anything extra is not a bad thing," Tara replied. "Perhaps you should start building an armory of different equipment."

"That's not a bad idea," I said. "Having a variety of weapons and armor to get familiar with could be useful."

After collecting a fair amount of iron ore, we moved on to stone so that we could continue building Felicia castle.

"Well, this should be enough stone for now," I said to Tara. "We'll be able to build a room or so, but we'll need more afterwards."

"We'll worry about that later, Ricky," Tara replied.

After gathering stone for a while, me and Tara went on to collect some wood.

"That is one big tree!" I said. "We're gonna get a heck of a lot of wood out of that."

"With all of the wood that we're gathering, maybe we could start building some furniture for our home," Tara suggested.

"For sure, Tara," I replied. "I wouldn't mind having a nice chair to sit down on."

After bringing all of the resources back to Felicia, me and Tara decided that we were gonna just take it easy for the rest of the day. Tomorrow, I guess we'll get back to work on Felicia castle.
