Returning to Felicia

Me, Tara, and Genevieve had left Camp Silverwater to head back to Felicia. As we were traveling through the area, we took out some bandits and began making our way through a grassy area.

"I really love the scenery in this area," Tara said. "The grass and trees just bring so much life to the region."

"Yeah, it's nice," I replied. "The area kinda reminds me of Magnolia Blossom Park in Willow Creek."

"Magnolia Blossom Park, the place we were at before we went through the portal..." Genevieve said.

"It seems like it was only yesterday that we were there, eh?" I replied.

"Yeah, it does," Genevieve responded.

We continued moving through the area and encountered some more bandits. We put an end to them and continued traveling. We were walking down the shore and took out a couple of crocodiles. We moved on past the dead crocodiles and stopped by a grassy area by the river.

"Alright, it's swimming time!" I said.

"It's a nice day to go for a swim," Tara replied. "It's pretty hot out today."

"Yeah, it is pretty hot out," Genevieve responded to Tara. "It sure never got this hot in Willow Creek."

We swam across the river and discovered some iron ore sticking out of the ground. We gathered the iron ore and continued to head back to Felicia. We encountered a couple of more giant crocodiles and slew them. After traveling for a little while longer, we finally made it back to Felicia.

"Well, that was about a day's worth of traveling," I said. "But we're here."

"It's good to see that Felicia hasn't been raided by bandits," Tara replied.

Genevieve observed the castle. "Yup, it looks the same as we left it."

"Let's take a bit of a breather and relax for a bit," I said. "And then we should probably discuss our plans."

It was a relief to see that Felicia was still standing and wasn't attacked by wild creatures or raided by bandits. The thought of something like happening never really came across my mind when we left to go search for Stephon and Brian or even when me and Tara went searching for everyone before we found Genevieve. I guess we'll just have to be a little more careful going forward.
