A Ghost Swimming in the Water

Another day's worth of searching for iron ore had passed, and me and Tara still haven't found any. The night fell upon us, so we decided to head back to Camp Silverwater. As we were traveling back to the camp, we came across a ghost swimming in the water.

"Look at that, Ricky," Tara said as she pointed her finger to the river. "There's a ghost of a woman swimming in the water."

I looked towards the river. "It's been a while since we last saw a spirit."

"I believe the last time we saw one was by that large bridge around the time when we fought that giant mutant," Tara replied. "I wonder why there are so many of them wandering in this future time and world."

"It's almost as if they're lost and trying to get somewhere," I said.

Tara continued to observe the ghost. "Poor thing. I hope she finds her way."

It is quite a mystery on why there are so many lost spirits wandering around in this future time and world. Why are they here, and what happened to them? Are they the spirits of an ancient civilization to this world? Who knows...
