Building the Outpost

After spending time gathering stone and wood, me and Tara crafted some of the materials that we needed and began to build the outpost. We got the foundation placed and some of the walls up.

"Well, it's a start," I said to Tara.

"I can't wait to see what it looks like when we're done," she replied.

"Once we're finished building the outpost, we're gonna make a bar at the very top of it," I said.

"We can't have an outpost without a bar!"

Tara laughed. "If only we had some beverages to go with that bar!"

"Yeah, it's depressing," I responded.

Me and Tara laughed.

Besides making the outpost a tower, I think it might be a good idea to put some walls around it once we're done building it. I remember how effective the walls were when Felicia was attacked by bandits when we were in the world of the future. The walls kept the bandits out of Felicia long enough to give us enough time to launch an assault on them.
