It was a busy day for me and Tara. We gathered more wood and stone, crafted more materials, and we finished building the supporting pillars for the first part of the outpost. We also finished building some of the pillars for the next part of the outpost.
"The outpost is looking good so far," I said to Tara.
"It sure does, Ricky," Tara replied. "Building the outpost brings back memories of when we were building Felicia together back in the world of the future."
"Yeah, it does," I responded. "It's a shame that the dark star destroyed most of Felicia."
"That was a calamity in itself," Tara said. "We're lucky that we even survived that night."

The dark star, I remember that night. Me and Tara were standing by the shore and talking, and the large dark star crashed into the world. The blast knocked me to the ground, and I was lying in a pool of my own blood. I then began to have disturbing visions of seeing myself tormented with pain and horror. It was a rough night, but the worst was when me and Tara returned to Felicia in the morning to see it in ruins.
