Another Vortex

Me and Tara made it back to the outpost, and in the distance, we saw another spiraling vortex.

"Damn, more demons must be spawning," I said, "Well, that's if these vortexes are acting as gateways."

"Whatever the purpose for these vortexes may be, it's not good no matter what," Tara replied. "There's just so much darkness surrounding them."

As it stands, I really do believe that these vortexes of spiraling fire are gateways that the demons are using to get here. However, I may be wrong. They could even be something worse. I don't really know for sure, but it's probably best for me and Tara to keep our distance from them.
