Me and Tara worked on the outpost until it became dark, and then we stopped for the day to relax. We sat around the campfire and talked about memories for a while.
"Do you remember the snowball fight we had back in Willow Creek 1993?" I asked Tara. "You threw that snowball so fast, and it hit me so hard that it knocked me over!"
Tara laughed. "I do remember that, Ricky."
"That was pretty damn funny!" I responded.
"I remember the time when we went to that Windenburg party back in Willow Creek, January 1993," Tara said. "We had a lot of fun that night, Ricky."
"Oh yeah, we sure did!" I replied. "The booze, the music, and all of it."
"I really loved going for a swim in that pool during the middle of the night," Tara said.
"Yeah, that was awesome," I replied. "Swimming in a pool all drunk in the middle of the night, good times!"
Me and Tara continued to talk about the memories of some of the things we've done together for a little while longer, and then we were both feeling sleepy.
"Alright, babe," I said to Tara. "I think I'm gonna try and get some sleep now."
"Me too, Ricky," Tara responded. "It's getting late, and I'm feeling pretty sleepy."
Me and Tara hugged and kissed each other, and then we said goodnight.

Tara's asleep, and I'm still trying to sleep. I just got too much on my mind. That demon that gets into your mind is really doing a number on me, but the one I fear the most is the one that I saw in my apocalyptic vision, the demon that was as tall as the sky that held a sword of fire and that was burning British Columbia to ash. It was a pretty scary vision, and I just can't get it out of my mind. It's a shame that me and Tara don't have any booze because I could sure use some right now.
