Exploring for Resources and Friendly Wildlife

Me and Tara went exploring a little further from the outpost for more resources, and we stumbled on some friendly wildlife. A deer came out from the bushes and let me and Tara get close to it. Tara loves deer. I remember back in the world of the future how upset she was when all those deer perished in the storm.

"Look how close it let us get to it," Tara said. "It was so adorable."

"I know you love those deer," I replied. "Maybe I'll capture one for you as a pet and call it Bambi!"

"Oh, be quiet, Ricky!" Tara replied.

"What?!" I asked. "Did I say something wrong?"

I turned away from Tara with a smirk across my face. She knew I was being sarcastic. A few seconds later, I felt a light shove. It pushed me forward a little.

"That's for being sarcastic!" Tara said.

I laughed. "Okay, I'm sorry!"

Tara chuckled.

Anyways, me and Tara are continuing with our resource gathering so that we can continue building the walls around the outpost. The area we're exploring right now is swarmed with rocks and trees, so we'll be hauling quite a bit of stone and wood back to the outpost.
