Me and Tara Talked About Chilliwack

Me and Tara returned to the outpost after we finished up with our hunting. We were talking about Chilliwack.

"Well, I have enough hide to finish the rest of my armor," I said to Tara. "Once I finish making the rest of my armor, I guess it'll be almost time to continue searching for Chilliwack again."

"Most certainly, Ricky," Tara replied. "We'll be much better prepared this time."

The thought of Chilliwack still haunts my mind. What are me and Tara going to find when we eventually arrive there? Did the falling stars destroy the city? Is the city lurking with demons? I don't know, but I sure am worried.

"I'm just gonna say this now," I said to Tara. "Be prepared to expect the worst when we finally get to Chilliwack because I have a bad feeling that we're not gonna like what we're going to see."

"I hope our home city is okay," Tara replied. "But I think I share the same feeling as you."

Me and Tara stood in silence for a few moments.

"Whatever is waiting for us in Chilliwack, at least we'll be together," I said to Tara.

Tara hugged me. "That's right, Ricky."

"I love you, Tara," I said.

"I love you too," Tara replied.

I'm hoping for the best when me and Tara find and arrive in Chilliwack, but with what happened at Rocky Point Shore and everything else me and Tara have seen so far since we've been in this future British Columbia, I'm having my doubts that Chilliwack is the same place anymore.
