Me and Tara sat down on the bench in the garden and talked about what we could remember about our past.
"Let's think, Tara," I said. "Let's try and come up with what we can remember about our past."
"Sounds like fun, Ricky," Tara replied.
As me and Tara were trying to remember our past, memories began to flow.
"I remember writing you a letter and giving you a picture of me," Tara said.
"Now that you brought it up, I remember that," I replied. "You're always showing me how much you love me, Tara."
Me and Tara hugged.
"I remember us going on a lift that took us to the top of a mountain," I said.
"That was so long ago, Ricky!" Tara replied. "It was so exciting going up on that lift and looking at all the beautiful scenery around us."
"Yeah, the scenery was pretty amazing," I responded. "One day, we'll have to do that again."
"For sure, Ricky!" Tara said.
Me and Tara continued to try and remember more of our past, and more memories began to flow.
"I remember our very first kiss," Tara said. "Do you remember where we had our first kiss, Ricky?!"
"Oh, yeah!" I replied. "I do!"
Tara smiled and winked.
"You made the first move," I said.
I remember me and Tara's first kiss before we met again in Willow Creek. It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life.
"I remember a very precious gift that you gave me back in Chilliwack," I said. "It was something that you adore so much."
"It was a turtle!" Tara replied.
"Yep, you gave me a turtle," I responded. "I remember you always loving those creatures."
"I do, Ricky," Tara said. "They're just so cute and adorable."

It feels so calming to be sitting here beside Tara and talking about our past together while being here in British Columbia of the far past. The memories are just flowing and flowing.
