Inside the Vault

I entered the vault, and it looked like I was in some kind of an ancient temple. As I was making my way toward the door that was across the room, I ended up stepping on a switch. It opened the door. I went through the door into another room. In the distance, I saw a terrible-looking creature. It was a humanoid figure with one eye, and I think it had tentacles on its back and head. It was standing there holding what looked like a club. After observing the creature, I took a quick observation of the room, and then I quickly returned to the vault's entrance and left the vault.
