Plans

After I left the vault, me and Tara made our way back to Felicia. We were sitting on the bench and talking about the vault. I told her about how the vault looked like some kind of an ancient temple, and I also told her about the creature I saw in one of the rooms. After we finished talking about the vault, me and Tara were trying to come up with plans on what we should do next.

"I don't know if we're ready to tackle the vaults yet," I said. "That creature looked pretty dangerous, and I'm assuming the other vaults will also have dangerous creatures lurking in them."

"That is indeed a barrier, Ricky," Tara replied. "If we can't get to the artifacts in the vaults to help us deal with the demons, what do we do next?"

"I don't know," I responded. "I really just don't know."

Me and Tara sat in silence while thinking for a few minutes.

"I guess the next best thing we can do is to continue our search for brimstone so that I can at least make us some decent steel weapons," I said. "We'll have to figure out how to tackle the vaults later."

"That does sound like the best option for now, Ricky," Tara replied.

"Before we begin our search though, why don't we spend the next little while working on Felicia and maybe doing a bit of hunting," I said.

"Sounds good to me, Ricky," Tara replied.

Sure, that creature in the vault looked pretty dangerous, but I wonder how powerful it really is. I'm tempted to go back to the vault and do a test, but then look at what happened when I tried to test that demon's defenses a little while ago. It went bad! So, yeah, I guess I won't be going back to the vault to do a test. I have to be careful from now on.
