Saved by the Gift of Time

Just before I was nearly killed by the demonic sabretooth, I was able to somehow activate the gift of time and reverse time again. Me and Tara were brought back to around the time just before we started climbing the cliff to get a better view of the island. Anyways, me and Tara made our way back up the cliff and then climbed down on the other side of it into the forest again. The demonic sabretooth was gone, and a regular one was in the same spot instead. Me and Tara attacked the sabretooth and put an end to it.

"Fucking sabretooth," I said. "At least this one wasn't corrupted."

"Even not being corrupted, it was still quite the nasty beast," Tara replied.

It's a good thing the gift of time activated when me and Tara were fighting the demonic sabretooth, or else I would've been dead. I still don't know how it activated though. I really have to make some time so that Harper can teach me how to master the gift of time. Also, what's interesting is where did the demonic sabretooth go? Me and Tara were in the same spot, but after I reversed time, it was just a regular sabretooth instead. That's a mystery to me.
