The Vault and a Creature of Horror

After me and Tara finished up with our hunting for the day, we decided to go back to the vault near Felicia to get another observation of it since we were nearby it. We were about to climb down the cliff, and then I heard something moving in the dark. I lit up a torch to take a look, and at the bottom of the cliff, there was a creature of horror.

"We're not going down," I said to Tara. "There's a creature of horror lurking down there."

"Yeah, we better play it safe, Ricky," Tara replied. "We have no idea how powerful these creatures are."

"Well, I could do a test," I said.

"No, Ricky!" Tara replied. "Do you remember when I told you it was a bad idea to go and test the demon's defenses just before that demon chased you back to Rocky Point Camp?!"

"What?" I responded. "I don't remember such a thing ever happening!"

"Ricky!" Tara shouted.

"I'm just kidding!" I laughed.

Me and Tara are now just making our way back to Felicia. We had a pretty decent hunting trip, and my new steel sword works well. It's a shame we weren't able to get a little closer to the vault, but maybe next time.
