Onward to Felicia

Me and Tara began our journey back to Felicia. By the time we made our way off of the island, it was dark out. So, we decided to set up a camp on the shore. We were talking, and then something caught our attention. There was something glowing and moving on top of the cliff.

"There's something on top of the cliff," I said to Tara.

"I know," she replied. "It's glowing and moving."

"Shall we get a closer look?" I asked.

"Yeah, let's go, Ricky," Tara replied. "I can't help but feel like we're being watched by whatever it is that's up there."

"Same here, babe," I responded.

Me and Tara climbed to the top of the cliff to investigate the glowing moving figure, and it turned out to be a small rhinoceros-like creature made of stone. It looked like a mini version of that rock beast we encountered a while back at Camp Havenmeadow. The creature wasn't too difficult to defeat, but clearly, it was a construct animated by some kind of power. After defeating the small stone rhinoceros beast, me and Tara searched around the area, and we were attacked by some humanoid creature also made of stone. It was more challenging than the small stone rhinoceros beast, but we were able to put an end to it.

"More constructs made of stone," I said. "I wonder what's animating these things."

"It has to be something with a lot of power," Tara replied.

Me and Tara made our way back to the shore to get Tigger. We left him there for his own safety just in case things got too overwhelming during our investigation. Anyways, we continued to make our way back to Felicia. Rather than traveling down the shore, we climbed back to the top of the cliff and started traveling through the open fields. We came across a canyon, and there were lots of crystals in there. We were tempted to gather them, but we were most likely in the proximity of the vortex zone. If a vortex were to appear, we would have most likely experienced the horror of what was inside of it. So, me and Tara decided to ignore the crystals. We looked into the distance, and we saw the dark dimensional tower. We spent a few minutes looking at it, and then we continued to travel back to Felicia.

"Hopefully, we won't get caught in a vortex," I said. "I don't want to encounter what's inside of one."

"Same here, Ricky," Tara replied. "Harper said that these vortexes spawn creatures of horror."

"Yeah, and the ones that we encountered so far were bad enough."

As we continued traveling, we saw a structure in the distance. It was a building of some type. It almost looked like a place where a sorcerer would reside. We stood there for a few moments examining the structure, and then we continued to make our way back to Felicia.

"One of these days, we should come back and investigate that structure," I said. "Perhaps there's some useful items and equipment in there."

"Sounds like a plan to me, Ricky," Tara replied.

Me, Tara, and Tigger traveled through the open fields until we reached the cliffs. We climbed up to the top of the cliffs, and then we continued to travel until we reached Felicia.

"Well, that was quite the lengthy trip," I said. "I guess we should store all of the resources that we brought back with us."

"I think Tigger agrees," Tara petted Tigger on his back. "He's the one that carried most of it."

"Yeah, my poor little buddy must be exhausted."

Me and Tara are just in the process of storing the resources that we brought back with us. You could tell Tigger was tired from carrying most of the resources. It was a long trip, and me and Tara brought quite a bit back with us. After we finish storing the resources, I think we'll just take it easy for the rest of the day. We can start our brimstone gathering tomorrow.
