The Ruins of Chilliwack V

Me and Tara are still trying to find a safe way out of the ruins of Chilliwack, but the horror and nightmares just won't stop coming. We keep striking them down, but they keep coming in endless waves. While trying to find a safe route out of here, we discovered a couple of treasure chests and a monolith with glowing runes on it. Unlike the powerful-looking war sickle that me and Tara looted from the powerful creature of horror that we took down a little while ago, the treasure chests didn't have anything of much value inside of them. As for the monolith with the glowing ruins, me and Tara have seen these monoliths before, but we still don't know their purpose.

Logbook Entry:

The Endbringer is still attacking my mind. I'm trying so hard to cast it out before it does the same thing to me as it did to my dad. Tara's helping me fight back against it by keeping me calm and strong-minded with her love and encouraging words.

Event:

Me and Tara can see a path in the distance. It looks like it might be able to safely take us out of the ruins of Chilliwack. However, in the far distance on the opposite side, we can see the Endbringer. I've only ever seen it through the visions I've experienced and when it gets into my mind. Seeing its physical presence is even more horrifying. It's looking at us. It's getting deeper into my mind. Reality is becoming really distorted right now. Me and Tara have to get the fuck out of here fast, or that dimensional abomination of horror will put an end to us...
