Treasure and Knowledge

Me and Tara opened the treasure chests that were behind the orb on the pedestal. We found some stuff in them, but the most interesting thing we found in the chests was a medallion. It looks pretty ancient. I think it might be an artifact that holds some form of magical power, but what that power may be, I don't have a clue. Anyways, after packing up all of the treasure, me and Tara searched the room. We found a book sitting on a pedestal. I read a page from the book. It taught me how to craft some ancient equipment. I went to turn the page, and then the book disintegrated. It just makes me ponder. I wonder what other crafting knowledge may have been hidden in that book.
