Degraded Combat Skills

It seems that my combat skills are taking a turn for the worse again after the Endbringer's recent attack. It's the abomination of horror's mind rot. Me and Tara tried taking on a couple of bears, but I had to run and let Tara take them out by herself. Otherwise, I would've been dead. She told me not to worry about it. She said that I will get better over time and that we will find a way to defeat the Endbringer and cure its mind rot. I held her in my arms and told her that I love her. I told her that I wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for her.
