A Message

We made our way to Venus's orbit. The captain said that she was picking up a signal from a nearby satellite. However, there was a faction of pirates nearby as well. There was a fleet of them, and there was no way we could've taken out all of them. So, we went into stealth mode and quietly made our way to the satellite. We received a recording from it. The recording was from the guy with the artifact. He said that he was heading to an abandoned spaceport near Earth.

This is just getting more and more interesting as it goes. It's gonna be nice to get a good view of Earth in this far future.

Tara

Sneaky move with the stealth mode! Earth's view better be worth the pirate dodging. Think we'll spot any familiar continents from up here?

Most likely. I wonder what British Columbia looks like in this far future.

Tara

Bet it's either a floating city or completely overgrown. Either way, home's home. Ready for a quick detour after we nab that artifact?

Yeah, I would love to explore British Columbia in this period of time.

Tara

Let's make it our next stop then. Who knows, maybe our old watchtower's still standing. Worth checking out after we handle business.

Richard

That would be awesome, but I highly doubt it would be there. Although we're in the far future, I'm assuming we're probably in a different dimension of time after going through that vortex.

Tara

True, but dimensions have a funny way of keeping bits of home intact. Even if it's just the memory of our watchtower floating in orbit somewhere.

Richard

Well, I guess you never know. It might be there.

Tara
