The Spaceport

Me, Tara, and the captain entered the spaceport, and the first thing we were greeted with was a body and blood splattered all over the wall. We made our way into a large area with more bodies. As suspected, space pirates got here before we did. However, it's quite silent. I wonder if they found that guy with the artifact. If so, they probably ended his life and took the artifact from him. I don’t know, but this is looking like a pretty bad situation so far.

Well, I gotta say that I’m not surprised about this, but I was hoping for a better outcome. You know, just find the guy and the artifact, and then leave.

Tara

This is bad, love. Pirates must've beaten us here. Stay alert, they might still be close. You want to search for clues, or get out while we can?

Richard

I say we still continue searching for him. There’s always the possibility that he may have hidden somewhere to escape the pirates. You are right though. The pirates may still be here. We better be careful and on full alert.

Tara

Agreed, love. Let's move quietly, check the side rooms first. Keep your weapon ready, just in case. I'll watch the rear.

Richard

Alright, sounds like a plan.
