Me and Tara spent some time in the late-night together reflecting upon the new reality that we now live in. It's a different world and time, but we may have to learn to live in it because we may never find a way back to Willow Creek in 1994. Whatever happens though, I'm just happy that Tara is here with me. I love her so much, and I could only imagine how horrible the loneliness would be being stuck in this place alone without her...
"Richard, look at the moon and stars. It's so beautiful out tonight," Tara said as she was pointing at the sky.
I looked up and saw the stars and moon shining so bright throughout the sky. Tara was right about the scenery being so beautiful.

"Amazing," I replied. "This is like scenery that you would see in a fantasy movie."
Tara grabbed my hand, "The only difference from a fantasy movie is that this is real life."
Tara brushed her head close up against mine. It felt so good having her so close to me.
"I don't know where we are or what time we're in Tara, but I'm so glad that you are here with me," I said while I was holding her in my arms.
Tara smiled at me with her eyes half-closed, "I love so much, Ricky."
"I love you too," I replied. "No matter what world or time we're in, I'll always love you, Tara."

Me and Tara were holding each other as we were looking into the beautiful star and moon-lit sky together.
"The future is such a strange place," Tara said. "If we really are in the future, what happened during the time from when we entered the portal until now?"
"Only time knows," I replied. "I wonder what happened to everyone else like my mom and dad, Harper, and Lydia."

Tara was right. The future is a strange place. We were supposed to get married. Did our wedding ever happen? Are we married right now? What happened to the people we knew? What ever happened to the beautiful place where we lived, Willow Creek? I have so many questions running through my mind, but I doubt that I'll ever find the answers being in this time and world...
Well, I better get some sleep. Tara already passed out a little while ago. We got a big day ahead of us tomorrow. I'm gonna finish building the shelter, and then we're gonna head off to search for Genevieve, Stephon, and Brian.
