Me and Tara Talked While Taking a Rest

While me and Tara were taking a rest from our search for Genevieve, Stephon, and Brian, we talked for a bit.

"Well, we sure haven't had any luck in finding them yet," I said to Tara. "We can't give up though because I really do believe that they made it here."

"I also believe they made it here as well," Tara replied. "I say we continue following the same path for now."

I looked towards the trees in the distance. "Yeah, I was kinda thinking the same thing too."

Me and Tara both agreed to continue exploring down the same path to search for our friends. I'm not sure where the path will take us, but at least we would get the area covered.

"So, we'll continue exploring the same path for a while more, and then we better head back to Felicia," I said to Tara. "I don't think it's a good idea to travel too far away from our home, at least not yet."

"You're starting to call Felicia home now too," Tara replied as she sat down in the grass.

"Yeah, I guess I'm just starting to get used to our new reality," I said. "I do still hope that one day we'll be able to find a way back to Willow Creek 1994 though."

Tara looked into the sky. "What is the first thing you want to do if we ever do find a way back?"

"The first thing I would do is kiss you," I said. "And then I would give you a hug and never let go."

"You're such a sweetheart, Ricky," Tara said as she looked into my eyes.

Me and Tara continued to enjoy our rest from all of the exploring that we've done so far, and we got into a conversation about life in this time and world.

"You know Ricky, I've lost count of the days that we've been here so far, but I am starting to get used to this time and world too," Tara said.

"Although I hope I'm wrong, the truth is that we may never find a way back to Willow Creek 1994," I said to Tara. "Even though I hope we do find a way back, we still have to plan on how we're gonna live our lives together in this time and world as if we're gonna be here forever."

"There's just so much mystery behind all of this," Tara replied. "If we're here and we're older, what happened to everyone else? Where are they?"

"Yeah, all of this is just so mind-boggling," I said. "Maybe one day we'll find the answers that we're looking for."

Well, me and Tara are just about to head back down the path to search for our friends. Hopefully, we'll have better luck this time.
